Designer Ronnie Fieg unveils his latest design done in collaboration with American footwear manufacturerTimberland. Adapting a contemporary aesthetic, the two collaborators chose to knock the cult classic 40 Below silhouette down by four inches to match Timberland’s winter hallmark, the 6-inch Boot. Available in three colors – butter pecan, cinnamon and plum – each model features a nubuck exterior, brass D-ring and hook eyelets, stacked collar, and a “RF” embossing logo on the lateral side below its collar and tongue. While the wheat-colored boots will be lined to its toe with sheepskin, each of the other two models will include the typical 200g PrimaLoft lining associated with Timberland’s Super Boot. Limited to just 250 pairs each, the Ronnie Fieg x Timberland 6″ 40 Below Boots will be release exclusively at the new Kith pop-up shop at 66 Bleecker Street as well as at Kith Brooklyn and KithNYC.com on December 14.
